In
Cheyenne (Wyoming) we turn east for a little stretch, then
northbound again. Within three hours we were in three states:
Colorado, Wyoming and now Nebraska. Remarkable is the excellent shape
of the roads in this part of Nebraska, very welcome after the
sometimes awful shaking so far.
North
of Alliance we visit Carhenge, a layout of old cars, patterned on the
English Stonehenge.
At
about 4 pm we arrive at Chadron State Park.
